Delivery in Australia: You will need to deposit the payment within 5 working days from day of purchase or your order may be cancelled.
Overseas delivery: we do not deliver outside of Australia.
Sold Out and Back Orders:
You will be notified immediately if any item is sold out or on back order.
Exchange, Returns and Refunds:
Sale of good is final. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Faulty Goods Or Goods Damaged in Transit:
If your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a replacement at no charge, freight free. You will need to return the product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for assessment. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Method of Refund:
The Hawkesbury/Nepean Group of The Australian Breastfeeding Association will refund to your credit card (if you purchase was via credit card), or we can post a cheque.
How to Make a Return:
Please return the product in its original, saleable condition (see details above). Please include a note containing the information outlined below and a copy of the invoice you received with your goods.
